Terms of service
Short, honest terms for a site that mostly answers questions and takes expressions of interest.
Using this site
By using nodipe.com you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short: this site exists to explain what Nodipe offers and to let you ask about it, and the terms keep the boundaries around that.
What the site is
The pages here describe Nodipe, a service that deploys and manages independent websites for B2B manufacturers, exporters and industrial suppliers. The Deploy form is an expression of interest — it opens an email to the founding team and starts a conversation. It does not create a contract or an order by itself.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, logos and the Nodipe name — belongs to Nodipe and may not be reused without permission. Product names, platforms and companies mentioned in the blog and documentation belong to their respective owners and are referred to only for illustration. Mentions are not an endorsement, and Nodipe is not affiliated with those companies.
Information, not a warranty
The material here is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it is not professional advice and is offered without warranty of any kind — express or implied. Details that matter to a commercial decision, such as the current capabilities of a deployment, should be confirmed directly with the founding team rather than assumed from a page that may lag the product.
Illustrative content
Case profiles on this site are illustrative and clearly marked as such: they show representative situations for layout, not claims about real customers. Blog and documentation examples are written from the founder's perspective and are not guarantees of outcomes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nodipe is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it directly and in good faith.
